This is a big bore kit at 1mm oversize with an additional 19cc's over stock. No assembly modifications or jetting changes are needed. 

This will fit all of the following models:

All cylinders are bored and honed with precision to factory specifications.

This includes:

Machined Cylinders

The top end kit is the WSM platinum with Teflon coated skirts
for better durability and reduced friction.
All gaskets for the job are included and do not need sealant

The cylinder has slightly decked surfaces trued and the bores machined by
one of the best in the industry. 
This purchase includes the following parts.

65U Cylinder Part # 65U-11311-00-94 and 65U-11311-00-8S 
Bored, honed and chamfered. 
WSM platinum top end kit with all top end components included.
Platinum kit it includes the following,
3 Platinum Teflon Coated Pistons
3 Riken OEM RIK Japanese Piston Ring Sets
3 Wrist Pins
3 Wrist Pin Bearings
6 Wrist Pin Circlips
All Top-End Gaskets needed to rebuild.

We also carry complete gasket, piston kits, big bore kits, rebuilt engines and many other new aftermarket parts for this machine. If you don't see it in my store, please ask for it, we most likely have it. 

NO CORE NEEDED! 

However, you do have the option to return your core with an included pre-paid UPS label and receive $150 credit refund on this purchase back to your account. Provided your aluminum casing is not cracked and re-workable. The steel sleeves can be broken or cracked.


Your Warranty

The warranty on your new re-manufactured cylinder will be for 30 days. This is our factory warranty, it includes us replacing or repairing our cylinder with a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover core damages.
This is NOT a No Fault warranty.
