Probably from the 1970s based on design, no maker's mark. No fiber content, clearly a synthetic like polyester.

2 way stretch with light ease. Stretch is along the lines in the fabric, in the opposite direction of the selvedge.

Just shy of 2 yards, 69" length along selvage (175.26 cm)

New, unused fabric, but has been washed.
