Rare Antique Triner Scale Early 1900s Chicago Metal Postal Weigh Scale *Read H4

This antique Triner Postal Scale is c.1906. It is in fair overall condition, as the front face has a tear/crack in it . The moving hand sometimes gets a little stuck on it. It does work find when in the "0" position. There is a faded name that is nearly impossible to make out (see the picture with the can of beans on top). I believe it may say "Register" in red. Selling AS IS. Please see photos for condition.
