Cute 16 oz decanter or large cruet measures approximately 9" tall to top of stopper, 7 1/2" to top of vessel.  The rough interior opening of this Early American pattern glass makes me wonder if it wasn't a production flaw, because others I've seen in this pattern have been similarly rough.
