RARE 1988 Hand Blown Red & Green Floral Paperweight Signed Rusu & NUMBERED #38

I have seen several of Rusu’s paperweights, but NONE with numbers like this on the bottom. This predates his time with Glass Eye Studio…fantastic purchase for a Rusu, GES or paperweight collector!
