If the item is not faulty, but you decide you do not want it
We will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided the item(s) have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalised, or the item(s) by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate, and the item is returned within 14 days
You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
If we allow an item to be returned after 14 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 35%.
