The
brush type potato peeler,also known as the brush roller cleaningmachine, is
suitable for sorting and cleaning various root vegetables such ascarrots and
potatoes, as well as citrus fruit materials. It uses food grade beltsand food
grade brushes for conveying and cleaning, and uses a rotating brushwith
high-pressure spray，which has a good cleaning effect and canthoroughly clean the
stains on the surface of fruits and vegetables.

1. Before use,place the machine on a dry and ventilated
horizontalsurface to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
2.Check if the
power supplyvoltage matches the voltage used on this device.
3.Before use，
check if the brush roller rotates flexibly.Otherwise,addlubricating oil to the
bearing until it rotates flexibly.
4.The amount of water during use can be
determined by the degree ofcontamination of the raw materials.
5.After the
machine is stable in transportation, start feeding at a constantspeed. Do not
fill the material first and then start the motor.
6.After washing the raw
materials for 1-5 minutes, open the dischargeport for discharge.
7.After
cleaning the brush roller,stop the machine, turn off the waterpipe, dry it, and
wait for use.8.After each use of the brush style potato peeler,clean the machine
carefully to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Do not usesharp tools to clean the
brush rolls during cleaning. It is strictly prohibited torinse the brush roller
directly with a water spray pipe when the cover andprotective plate are
removed.
