These shoes looks to be in very good condition, no damage, very mild wear to upper surface, the wicker on the sides is slightly dirty no scratches or cuts noticed but few Frings tips are off place on the base can be glued back or shaved.

The base was supported with anti-slip rubber mat as shown in pictures.

Please note that size on the shoes reads 38.5 which is between 7.5 and 8 in US size, please refer to size charts online. 

The box has some wear, size on box was corrected from 39 to 38.5"
