Technical Details:
The Neslab CC-65 II CryoCool Immersion Cooler has been powered on and seems to be functioning properly as evidenced by the sounds of the compressor and fan. However, we have noticed some gas escaping from the hose where it attaches to the unit. Due to this, we have not conducted further testing and are offering the unit AS-IS.

a good faith honest effort to best describe condition of unit.
3. Please note
that AS-IS items are sold without warranty.
4. We shall not
be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:
a. Misuse,
abuse, neglect, or improper installation
b. Service or
alteration by anyone other than someone from our company.
5. Should damage
occur during shipping, we request a reasonable time to file an insurance claim.
6. Ebay listing will note who is responsible for any return shipping costs.
