Copper Tape

- Effective repellent barrier against slugs and snails.

- Available in 5mm x 25m, 10mm x 25m and 20mm x 25m long rolls.

- Please be aware of other people selling 4m rolls, this is normally insufficient. Due to weathering all types of copper tapes could lose effectiveness overtime and may have to re-applied, we supply 25m rolls so there will be enough tape left over for future use. 

- Strong durable tape - made from pure high grade 50 micron thick copper

- PLEASE NOTE it is not true that 30mm is the minimum effective width, slugs will feel the sting right away when it comes in contact with copper.  

- Ideal for applying on flower pots, garden furniture or any other surfaces that could attract slugs and snails.

How Does this Slug and Snail Pest Control Work?

A relatively new environmentally type of slug barrier comes in the form of copper. The slug’s slime causes a chemical reaction that creates a small electric current, and the slug hates the resulting mild electric shock.This method does not harm or kill the pest.

The self adhesive copper tape can stick around your pots and containers, or to create a slug barrier around just about anything. As well as keeping slugs at bay, I think the copper tape adds a touch of ‘class’ to an otherwise ordinary container.

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
