Free Delivery to Metro locations. Rural deliveries may incur a extra charge payable

Terms for Interstate Delivery.
Number 1 office machines will only include free standard delivery in the sale
price if;
The delivery is to a commercial property located in a CBD/ metropolitan area
only, rural and residential destinations will incur additional charges. Please
note that the freight company will deliver to ground level only.
If you require a tail lift, or an extra person at the
delivery site to assist with moving the machine it will be an additional cost.
Tail lift charges will be paid for by the buyer. For safety reasons the freight
company will not allow removal of the goods off the truck by persons, a
forklift or a tail lift must be used. If you do not have a forklift you will
need to pay for a tail lift.
Futile charges apply and will be paid for by buyer if the
delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
Service Contracts: Service Contracts are available from a minimum of 1 year up
to 5 years also includes Parts & Consumables.

Technicians to service your existing machine.

Return Policy
The Return Policy does not apply for INTERSTATE sales or deliveries.
We gladly exchange the goods if purchased by mistake however the goods must not
be damaged and or used. If purchased goods are picked up by the customer we
will not be reliable for any damages done during its transition from our pick
up location to the customer premises. Therefore any request for a refund or
exchange will not be accepted if the item was damaged during transit.
Freight and Handling Time.
Interstate postage and handling:
Please allow 2 to 3 days handling time as we need to build a crate and/or
package the machine. Also please keep in mind that interstate Freight duration
can vary depending on your location. To confirm freight time please contact the
seller prior to purchase. We will also provide you with a tracking number
allowing you to determine the status of your delivery.
For purchases delivered to Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle please allow 1 to 2
business days handling time. Delivery date is flexible so secure your purchase
and contact the seller to organise a suitable delivery time and date.
Warranty
We offer warranty on parts only, this excludes consumables.
Faulty parts are covered under warranty, not consumables. Keep in mind that
consumables prior to purchase are at new or near new condition except toner/s.
Call out Fees, General Service and Labour costs for machines located interstate
will not be covered under warranty.
The following consumables are not covered under warranty. Toner/s, Drum/s,
Developer/s the STR (Second Transfer Roller, Transfer Belt or Fuser. Damages to
the scanner due to liquid paper being used on original documents will not be
covered under warranty. Not closing panels or forcing them to be closed in a
improper way could damage your parts and this too is not covered under
warranty. Fatal errors can occur if you turn off the power with out shutting
the device down (if required), any errors due to this will not covered under
warranty. Any issues caused by Power surges, phone line spikes or black outs
inside the building will not be covered under warranty, this includes damages
to the main Control Board.
If any other manufacturer or third party contractor provide
any kind of service to this machine without consulting Number 1 Office Machines
first then this will void the warranty. Please contact Number 1 Office Machines
for repairs or services to ensure you do not void your warranty
