Up for sale here is this Scotch aluminum 10.5" take-up reel, in the box.  The reel is in beautiful condition with extremely light wear.  It has tape on it, which should work fine for you.  I don't know what, if anything, is on the tape.  There is a little dust on the tape but not that much.  The box has moderate wear and some minor damage but it still works.  I will protect the box so it is not damaged in shipping.  The box has some very light wear from storage/handling but it's not too bad.
