Clean PCGS ms 64 1879 s Morgan. Decent strike with 80% breast feathers on the eagle. I agree with this grade and am working on a AI Morgan dollar grading system. I will not allow flat chested eagles to receive a MS status. That is the high point of the coin and I don’t understand getting a ms 65 coin with a flat chested eagle. Thanks
