Vintage Pacific Northwest Mask Carved Wooden Cigarette Pop Up Holder Dispenser.
It is 6 1/2" long and 3 1/2" tall.
It has a carved mask at the top that appears to be a Pacific Northwest design.
It is in good condition with light wear on finish.
