Rare blue and white cotton 1930s beach pants in good condition. Two tiny marks near top of pants.  Faint stain on front cuff. Overall, it's a pretty clean pair of pants. Sweater not included.

Measurements are located in pics.  The 7th pic shows the waist measured straight across,  while the next pic shows the actual waist buttoned , at 24 inches. These pants have small openings on the side under each button. The upper hip is measured here. You must be smaller than the measurement so that the opening does not gap there. My high hip measurement is 34 around, so too snug there.  My waist is 26 , and these are a little tight there. It's probably best for 25 inches max waist and under. All in all, a stylish pair of  30s beach pants!
