The entire lot was listed on the estate sale brochure as new, never out of the box. Boxes are AS IS. We don't guarantee any boxes are mint (see pictures to view actual box and its condition). Just as Funko themselves do not guarantee mint boxes whenever pops are purchased directly from them due to the possibility of damage occcuring during transit and items having only a limited number available for purchase, returns are never excepted on collectible items. Collectibles are always sold "AS IS" non returnable, non refundable.
