Postage: As everyone knows the
cost of postage has gone up significantly. When an item is shipped through the
regular mail, or by priority mail, the cost of insurance is included in the
postage cost. The post office requires that any damaged item be taken to the
post office for inspection or any insurance claim will be denied. If you
receive a damaged item we will need your help getting it to the post office for
inspection after we have filed the claim. A refund will be issued as quickly as
possible after inspection.
