This unique coin is a 1975 Bicentennial First Day Cover that includes a bronze medal and four US postage stamps. The Paul Revere commemorative medal is struck in bronze by the US Mint. The obverse is a bust of Paul Revere. The reverse is a standing Minuteman. The medal is in sealed uncirculated condition.

The Bicentennial commemorative 10 cent postage stamps are first day issues depicting the four US revolutionary war continental armed forces (Scott 1565-68):  Army, Navy, Marines, and Militia. The envelope bears a Washington, DC US Postal Service cancellation stamp dated July 4, 1975. The packet also includes a American Revolution Bicentennial plastic token.
