Refurbished antique passage set. Set includes refurbished mortise lock (key not included). Mortise unbranded but numbered 3108. Mortise has been stripped down to bare rust-free metal and repainted. Face was originally brass plated but most of the plating has worn off. It has been polished smooth and clear coated to help protect finish. Clear would serve as a good base coat should you prefer it painted. Two ornate pressed wrought steel escutcheons. Two black jet knobs (not really porcelain but most people refer to them as such) with spindle and set screws. Also included is strike plate that was not part of the original set when acquired but it is the appropriate size.
