Offered here is a vintage and original early to mid-20th century broadside poster issued by the Cocks Clark Engraving Company of Denver showing the erosive beauty of the Garden of the Gods located off of what was then the Colorado Springs Parkway (which perhaps preceded Interstate 25).  The poster is made of paper and measures 16" by 12".  It has a piece missing from the upper right hand corner.  This appears to be a rare item -- I've never seen another one.  Based on my research, Cocks-Clark has existed since 1909 and still exists today on Arapahoe St. in Denver.
