SCRUB Designz is one of the largest graphic design manufacturers in the world.

The company was founded in 2014 by Australian Mark Roberts. Everything happened in small circles of passionate people. With our advanced design and high level of service, we quickly became known in the dirt bike industry.

The SCRUB crew consists of professionals in every department. Not everyone who works at SCRUB DESIGNZ is a motocross rider. This has brought us new trends, unique looks, new ideas for the process of our products.

APPLICATION / INSTRUCTIONS
  1. First of all, check that the graphic fits your plastic parts. Every part! If any parts do not fit, please contact us by phone or email before application. If you have any questions, no matter how silly it may sound, write to us, we are here to help. No fun!

  2. Remove the old stickers, it is best to use silicone remover or brake cleaner. Spray parts with it and let it work. Then simply wipe with a cloth. You may have to repeat this step a few times to get everything clean. Then rinse with clean water. Please make sure that the parts are free of grease before use!

  3. Applying the new stickers/graphics, we recommend removing all plastic parts from the bike before you start applying them. If you have never applied a sticker before, it is better to start with a small "light" part so that you get a feel for the material. First: peel off the protective film/paper about 5 cm from the sticker and fold it over. Then place the sticker on the plastic part of your motorcycle. Press the sticker lightly and check the exact alignment! Don't forget to check the various holes and slots. If the sticker does not adapt to the plastic part, simply use a hair dryer. "Not a hot air dryer" the material becomes much more elastic through the heat and can therefore be stuck much better around corners and edges. When you peel off the remaining carrier film, always try to press from the middle outwards so that you avoid bubbles or wrinkles. The most important thing here is, TAKE YOUR TIME!!!

  4. Check after application. When you are finished, take each glued part again and warm up the edges again. Press the sticker firmly along the edges.

  5. Applying the starter panels. There is no magic trick for this :-). It's just a matter of time. As described in step 2, using a hair dryer can be very helpful! Some models are harder to apply because of the curves and rounded edges, but everything is doable!!! We test every sticker we make to make sure the parts can be installed!

  6. When everything is ready, park your bike for about 48 hours, longer is better!!! Try to park the bike in a room that is in the temperature range of about 20 degrees C (68 ° F). More heat ensures even better results!

  7. Show off your new bike :-), and please don't forget to send us pictures of the finished bike! We will publish the pictures on our social media.
  8. Remember, if at any time you need new "INDIVIDUAL" decals. After a fall or something. Just give us a call and we will be happy to give you a quote for replacement parts. So you don't have to buy a whole decal again

All graphic bands are made specifically to order. The production of the graphic band takes a maximum of 48 hours and is then sent by courier. The tracking number will be sent to you by SMS or email.
