This Album is for this set of cards

These colourful cards illustrate the flags and symbols of many nations and include the flag of the United Nations. The text on the back tells us about the country and their emblem, so for instance, we learn that the chrysanthemum of sixteen petals was the symbol of the Imperial House of Japan, but has come to be regarded as a national emblem as well. The text on these cards is in blue, but these were also re-issued with black text in 1973 and albums were available for both printings. The really interesting thing, of course, is seeing how many countries within the set have changed their name or flag since this was produced. This is an educational and colourful set with cards size 68 x 36mm.
Number of cards in set: 50
