It has a new battery and keeps correct time. The band is adjustable but I am unsure how to adjust it.  It may need a new band?. See the last picture.The band  has a missing link or whatever you would call it. I guess it is decorative as it does not affect the integrity of the band.  See the 4th picture which shows the band from the back.
