1. For a refund, you should return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of the date you receive the item(s). In this case, original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect or damaged item(s). If the item is unclaimed then it will be returned to the sender.
