You are bidding on a vintage fold-out map detailing the movements of POPE PAUL VI's October 4th, 1965 visit to New York City. This map was printed prior to the historic visit by NBC Television's Facilities Planning & Operations Control. The map tracks Pope Paul VI's travel from JFK Airport into Manhattan (via Brooklyn / Queens / The Bronx) so that his journey could be covered by their TV media; includes a map key that details all of NBC's predetermined camera settings so that the control room could alternate between live feeds as the Pope traversed through the city's boroughs. Map is printed on paper, and folds several times to be portable. When unfolded, it measures 22" X 28".
