This is the $60 Set optional add-on from Mantic's first Terrain Crate Kickstarter campaign; it includes three themed sets: dark lord's tower, torture chamber and temple. (The graphic does not show all of the pieces; the temple set was more than doubled by the end of the campaign.) The pieces are unpainted (and unassembled, where applicable). The Kickstarter-exclusive box also includes dividers for more efficient storage of the pieces.

It is brand new. One set has had the shrink wrap removed, but the pieces have never been removed from their bags; that box does have some crushing and a split on one edge of the lid, however.
