This patriotic ornament is of a Santa holding a tree. It has red and white stripes and blue with white stars.   There is a red, white and blue hat.  The tree is green with white snow on it. It measures almost 6 inches long and 3 inches thick.  The tag says sub-cat 2007 Hobby Lobby Made in China.  It is item number 5377189 and the original price was $5.99.  This has not been used but has been in storage.
