How can I get it posted/sent?
  • Pick up is available during normal business hours from our warehouse. The address is given above. 
  • Metropolitan Melbourne delivery is available through our sub-contractors.
  • For interstate deliveries contact us for a freight quote if you require us to arrange delivery.
  • If you arrange your own courier and we are required to pack or wrap goods, a minimum of $30 to a maximum of $50 handling fee will be charged depending upon the size and time taken to pack. If the item requires a packaging crate, we will quote you.
  • We strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as we will not be directly liable for any lost or damaged goods.
  • Transport providers are responsible for any loss, theft, damage or delays that may occur after goods leave our warehouse.
  • Where goods are unloaded is at the discretion of the drivers.
  • Any problems arising with delivery should be taken up directly with transport providers - whether they be our preferred providers or ones you have engaged directly.
  • We do not pay for any postage fee for any warranty claims/refunds, the buyer/bidder must return goods at their own expense.

  • Upon delivery please do not sign any delivery receipt until you have checked that your item is in good condition.
  • If you sign and discover any faults/damage afterwards this will severely limit any claims you can make with the transport company.
  • Transport companies can and do deny any claims for damage if they have been provided with a signature on delivery so please check thoroughly before you sign.
  • In the end it is the transport company that accepts any claims for damage.
