The inside outside has some what appears to be red nail polish on the label which some may refer to as a tag and above the label which some may refer to as a tag. There is a piece of what it appears to be masking tape on the inside outside with some handwritten measurements. I do not know what this tape was for I don’t know why the nail polish is there.
