A physical street address is required for all deliveries. It's important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound. But we appreciate that some remote locations may only have the Post Office Box as an alternative collection point and if this is the case, we may opt to have these parcels returned to us in the case of non-deliverable by the delivering courier company and cancel/refund your order as a result

Expect dispatch: In most cases all products will be dispatched in 1 Business day. In the case of peak season it may take up to 2 business days.

Expect delivery times are 2 - 8 business days Australia wide (from day of despatch). Please note that delivery's to WA may take up to 4 - 10 business days in transit once dispatched. Please note that all the delivery dates times are provided by a third-party service provider and are only estimates.

Courier company: AUS POST & Other local couriers (eg: Fastway). Please note the courier company will be chosen automatically for you depends on your location.

Note: Please make sure the contact name, mobile number and address were written clearly. Missing or wrong information may cause delay, additional charge, or lost of parcel.

Please note: if the parcel was returned to sender due to customers' mistake, e.g: wrong information left, unclaimed, etc, a $7 redelivery fee may be charged.

Standard Product warranty depends on the manufacturer’s warranty and respective terms and conditions

If an item is defective, we will:

• Repair the product;
• Replace the product (or part of it);
• Provide compensation;

For claiming the warranty, please contact our customer service team, they will provide you with instructions and help you address the matter as quickly as possible.

We

are very confident with our product quality so we offer 90 days warranty on all products if they don't come with factory warranty.

We will allow a return for refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

• Returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
• As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
• In a resalable condition;
• Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items;
• All parts and accessories must be intact. And not damaged in any way.

To return your item for a change of mind, you must follow our returns process. Do not return any products before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

For non-faulty items, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item, including the cost of return or exchange shipping.

In the event that an item is not returned to us in the original condition and packaging, we might deduct the amount of loss(deduct up to 50% from the refund) and give you a partial refund.
