Nicely made wood box. It has a 1969 date stamped inside the lid. So that may be the date it was made. It has some index cards in it. It’s in used condition. It has wear, scratches and a sticker mark on top. Great place to file whatever it is you want to file. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have a great day
