Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is not refundable unless item is returned because of defect. If item is found defective return shipping will be refunded to the buyers paypal account once the item is verified defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics for all returned items that are not defective. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, to request an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number, will be refused and returned to the sender.
