We are offering an antique Morimura MM6 mark hand painted lemon plate. The mark dates to 1911. The lemon plate is handled with an raided enamel filigree painted on the handle. The design on the plate is a landscape with a bright flower in the foreground and a pastoral scene in the background. The colors are browns with oranges, blues and greens for added color. The plate is 6 1/4 inches across. the plate is free from chips, cracks, fleabites and scratches. The very edge of the plate has some spots of worn paint but they do not feel like fleabites. This is truly a lovely piece is a fall palette.
