Nice stamp, attractive and well centered with
a very small tear at margin in upper left corner.
Shows a light but recognizable, rare Hookena town postmark.
Looks like Meyer Harris # 281.01
(even though the full name is not visible for reference,
the distance between the 'O' and 'K' is a distinguishing factor)
It is estimated that there are
less than 500 known examples.
This postmark had limited usage from
about March 1894 until May 1900.
