High quality copy of the Statute for the departmental award badge "5 years of the Cheka - GPU" (Honorary Worker of the Cheka - GPU). It is a calico crust with an embossed image of a sign on the cover framed by the inscription "United State Political Administration" (OGPU - United State Political Administration). On the double-page spread on the right there is also an image of a sign with the inscription around it “To the Honorary Security Officer.” The statute contains OGPU Order No. 245 for 1929, signed by the deputy chairman of the OGPU, Genrikh Yagoda, explaining the rights and obligations of the recipient, listing the privileges given by this high departmental award.

The original Statute was taken as a sample during production; all sizes and font fully correspond to the original ones. As in the original, the pages are not fastened together with paper clips, but are sewn into a book using a silk cord glued into the binding.
