Boswellia resin is used in Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) medicine. You can take boswellia in different ways, including taking it orally.

Frankincense Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice.

Traditionally Taken: 1 - 3ml up to 3 times a day or as directed by a Herbal practitioner. 20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml.
