This is a pair of Riedell 43 TS Figure Skating Boot 13.5 D/C  .  The size is a 13.5 "D" ball, "C" heel. These are brand new, never tried on. 

During manufacture, the heel was nicked which is why it is labeled as a cosmetic second. This does not effect the structure or performance of the boot.
