Overview: The Sonance Outdoor Planter speaker is a down-firing 2-way weather-resistant, outdoor stereo speaker disguised as a terra cotta outdoor planter. This high end planter/speaker enclosure is made of a lightweight fiberglass composite and is fully functional as a planter.

Drivers: The Outdoor Planter speaker uses a 6-1/2" dual-voice-coil polypropylene woofer with dual 5/8" polycarbonite tweeters. The speaker features a stereo input to provide both left and right channel outputs.

Wiring Recommendations: The speaker has a  length of direct burial-grade 16-gauge, 4-conductor speaker wire hardwired to the enclosure. The attached wire, with its 4 conductors, should be connected to the left and right channels of the amplifier/receiver. If an additional length of wire is needed to reach your amplifier/receiver, you will need to splice on additional speaker wires using water-tight wire connectors. If you are putting the additional speaker wires underground, direct burial grade speaker wire is recommended. For long speaker wire runs, a large-gauge speaker wire should be used.
