How it works:
 

AutoClose function: Automatic distinction between air and steam

Steam formation can occur at the optimal venting point of a solar thermal system (highest point). Since a differentiation between air and steam was not yet possible, the solar fans installed at the high point opened and escaped the system.

The resulting loss of fluid led to the sill stand of the solar system.

Spirotech now offers an extensive solution with "Auto Close"!

The ventilation valve is easily closed below the vapor limit by a bimetal integrated in the air separator. It is then no longer possible to escape steam. If the solar fluid has cooled again, this lock is opened again and suitable air can be removed.
