Top half each card 180 degree rotation of Lower half (reverse).
Found in envelope in drawer of equally aged roll-top desk.
Standard play size?, Approx. 2-1/2 x 3-1/2". Original with original rounded corners.
Well worn played over their 125 years, soft, nicks, bumps etc. Judge by photo/s. As Is.
Note the disparity of time terms of office ... (1, 2, 3, 4 yrs.)

Each card has population, governor, electoral votes and actual 1880 presidential vote count.
A Joker shows total US party difference of 768 votes in 9M cast! etc.

Last complete card game I found sold a decade ago for over $1,100.00 so rare ...
