Up for sale here is this pair of new OnSemi MJ21195G and MJ21196G transistors. You will receive one of each, as seen in the pictures. These are genuine OnSemi transistors, and are invaluable for vintage electronics restoration. They are great subs/replacements for a number of vintage output transistors. I use these exact transistors when I restore gear--they're fantastic! There are lots of fake Chinese transistors on eBay that will blow up or have other issues, so installing the correct subs instead is a much better idea.

Please note that MJ21195G subs for SJ2514 and SJ2518, and MJ21196G subs for SJ2513 and SJ2517.  It seems like it would be the other way around, but it's not.

There are lots of counterfeit MJ21193G, MJ21194G, MJ21195G, and MJ21196G on eBay.  Here are some ways to tell if these are fake:
  • If you see another seller using my exact pictures, they stole my pictures and their transistors are fake.
  • If they are located in China, they are fake.  These are Made in Mexico.  Not China.
  • If they are marked "Mexico," they are fake.  "MEX" is the real marking.
  • If they are marked "Mexico" and "MEX" as well, they are fake.
  • If they are made by some company other than Onsemi, like SPTECH, they are fake.
  • If they are half the price of mine, they are fake, or the seller is selling them at a loss.
Why worry about fakes?  Because the fake parts are not at the same standards as the genuine ones, so they will short out and blow up, usually pretty quickly.
