These pants are 55% linen and 45% viscose with slashpockets in the front and elastic waist in the back. They are new with tags. The waist measures 38 inches unstretched and you can add a couple inches because of the elastic waistband. The rise is high, the inseam is 24 inches and the total length is 37.5 inches
