Esther Ofarim's Geneva recordings have been a mystery to her fans across the world until today. Even Esther Ofarim herself assumed they had been lost. But this hidden treasure was recently discovered in the Swiss Radio vaults, in the form of a series of studio recordings initially intended for radio broadcast. These previously unheard 1962/63 performances in French, Italian, English and Hebrew marked the beginning of Esther Ofarim's international career. Restored and remastered in high definition from the original master tapes, this 20 track collection features rare photos and an exclusive essay with quotes from Esther Ofarim herself reflecting on her Radio-Genève recordings.
