Vinyl is in very good condition with lots of minor light scratches and marks, a couple slightly feelable light scratches and marks. Book is in good condition with some torn pages, the worse torn pages have tape as pictured, still able to be read, name written in name spot, everything pictured as best as possible. Original sleeve that contained both items included with some tears, writing, creasing and wear.
