Victorian  glass ewer unknown maker chipped on the top (spout) .Ribbed neck vaseline glass on the bowl,clear applied pinched glass handle and feet .There is a small chip and fracture in the glass at the top of the handle where it has been applied to the neck of the ewer and the base of the feet has several nibbles.

Measures 10.9 inches tall , small amount of manganese oxide makes it slightly fluorescent under UV light .
