2x Dell Latitude E6430 faulty spares repair no charger no hdd bargain laptop 
i3 and i5 model
i3 not power on(battery ,wifi and hdd amber flashing few time after pressing power button ,nothing on screen)
i5 model power up and post to bios/no any test has been made
