This is a great piece of Pennsylvania State History. A notice identifying an Error in the Common Pleas of Lehigh County. Dennis Miller, Plantiff in Error vs William Godshall, Alexander Peter, Joseph Moser and Owen Snyder.

Approximately 2 7/8" x 9" when folded. A beautiful circular date cancellation.

Mailed by D. D. Roper, Attorney for Defendants in Error. Regarding the unlawful possession of an unfinished carriage.

The condition is very good with some discoloration on edges.
