Blonde hair with upswept chignon and long ponytail, brown eyes, black upper eyeliner, real lashes, pink lips, bendable legs, wearing ivory silk kimono with aqua lace overlay, gold metallic obi, white metallic clutch with pearl closure, white heels. 

Excellent condition. Mattel, 1970, the doll was marketed as "Growin' Pretty Hair" Francie, #1129, and is likely presented here as an exclusive model.  Further the outfit is the exact material shown in the Japanese Exclusive book page 59, yet this one seems to have some of the sewing basted.  This may have been an original prototype before they decided to market this on the regular Francie doll.

Please note one white shoe has a split on the toe arch - easy to replace
