The story is written by Bob Haney. Cover and interior art are by fan-favourite Nick Cardy. The story features appearances by Speedy, the sidekick of Green Arrow, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Robin, Mal Duncan and Lilith Clay

See photos for specifics of condition but the comic is well read and the following flaws are present:

A partial subscription crease down the comic centre. Slight spine creases, edge nicks and rounding of corners. A couple of score marks across the lettering of the cover banner, which do not pierce the cover. A 3cm tear to the bottom edge centre of the back cover. The cover and centrefold are firmly attached to both staples. All interior pages are attached, present and correct.
