1.) Email with any questions before bidding; all items come from a non-smoking home.

2.) I want you to love what you receive, so if you have any queries upon receipt, please email me to rectify before leaving feedback.

3.) I would simply love to leave you positive feedback after you leave me feedback to confirm that item has arrived, and all is well.

4.) I only ship within the 48 contiguous United States at this time. I unfortunately cannot control the speed of the Postal Service, so please do not open a case for a delayed shipment when I have supplied you with a tracking number---a case will not help you.

5.) I will happily accept returns (minus shipping charges) if I have grossly misrepresented said item or if you are most unhappy; please message me through Ebay to alert me of any issue so that I may immediately resolve it for you. I wish for you to be COMPLETELY happy with your transaction, and I wish to retain my 100% Ebay rating, as I diligently work for my wonderful customers.

6.) If payment is not made within 72 hours of auction win, the item will be relisted and I will submit proceedings as "Non-Pay”, which Ebay will automatically do for me. If you need more time to pay, it is most likely fine; simply submit a request to me through Ebay messages.

7.) I must collect tax from those customers also residing in the state of Georgia; please refer to Ebay tax calculator when proceeding to checkout.
